When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to any overseas areas nor do we accept any international credit cards.

After placing an order online, the customer should receive an order confirmation e-mail and a further e-mail with the tracking number once the order has been shipped.
According to our policy here at GSMMonster.com, if you are looking to purchase a mobile phone through our company, both the shipping and billing address need to be on file with the credit card being used. If it is not, a sales associate from our company will contact you explaining the situation.

All free shipping orders under a pound are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
