1. Is it secure to order from this site?
Yes. Our shopping cart processes all the information by using the latest security technology: SSL 128-bit encryption.

2. Do you keep my personal information?
Yes, your personal information is securely stored in our Ecommerce database with the same SSL 128-bit encryption. You have the option to make this information available for future orders when logging in, so that you do not have to type it again when you come back and shop from us.

3. Do you sell or trade any of my information?
Absolutely not: We do not sell, trade, or share any of your information with anyone under any circumstances. Please review our Privacy Policy.

4. When will my credit card be charged?
Credit cards are charged once the order is shipped. E-mails will be sent to the customer once the order is shipped. PayPal orders are automatically charged upon placing your order.

5. How do I track my order?
6. If a tracking number is assigned to your order, you can track the order by logging in to the Order Status and reviewing your order. You can only do this is if you a registered customer.

6. I forgot my account password. How do I retrieve it?
If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on the Forgot Password link on the Order Status page or during the checkout process while placing a new order.

7. What does GSM mean?

GSM stands for Global System for Mobile communications (GSM). If you travel in Europe and many other parts of the world, GSM is the only type of cellular service available. Unlocked phones means it can be used with any Sim Card in the US as well as overseas, depending on the networks needed.

8. Are all of your phones new?

Majority of the phones we offer on our website are brand new under a one year manufacturer's warranty. If not, it will state that it is 'factory refurbished' and only come with a 90 day manufacturer warranty. This means they are returned and tested by the manufacturer to make sure they are in working condition and look just as new. All phones come with the phone, battery, and home charger (some contain additional accessories as well)

9. What if I am interested in purchasing in wholesale?

If you are, please contact us at sales@gsmmonster.com and include your name, business name, and the items as well as quantity you are interested in. Discounted prices only apply with a quantity of at least ten phones or at least twenty bluetooths.
